Prestige Evergreen at Varthur Road, Whitefield (a phase within the larger Prestige Raintree Park township) is opening with flexible down payment options built around a clear construction-linked plan. The booking amount is 10 per cent of the apartment cost. Sizes span 650 to 700 sq ft for 1 BHK, 1,100 to 1,250 sq ft for 2 BHK, 1,450 to 1,550 sq ft for 3 BHK (2T), and 1,800 to 1,900 sq ft for 3 BHK (3T). Prices start at ₹1 crore for 1 BHK, ₹1.9 crore for 2 BHK, ₹2.3 crore for 3 BHK (2T), and ₹2.9 crore for 3 BHK (3T).

Note: A no-pre-EMI / subvention scheme and any pay-on-possession variant are not announced yet. If Prestige releases them, the terms will clarify who bears interest, the time cap, and eligible inventories.

  • Pay 10 per cent of the total apartment cost to reserve your unit.
  • Government charges like GST, stamp duty, and registration are extra and payable as per the stage and law at that time.

  • Income proofs: Salary slips or ITRs, bank statements
