To reserve a preferred unit in Prestige Evergreen through Expression of Interest (EOI), buyers need to fill the enquiry form with contact details. The sales team will then reach out to complete the process.
The EOI amount is ₹2 Lakhs, payable to Prestige’s RERA account. A bank cheque is also required. Once allotment is done after launch, the amount will be adjusted against the booking or refunded if the buyer does not secure the preferred unit.
