The project is spread over a massive 28 acres of land area with more than 80% open space.
The project presents well-crafted 2000 apartments in sizes 1,2 and 3 BHK. These units range in size from 650 - 1900 sq. ft.
The project offers 50+ premium amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, sports courts, kids’ play area, etc. These features are designed for relaxation and fun.

Currently the Prestige Evergreen is applied for RERA approval by the Karnataka RERA board, and expected to be approved in August of 2025.
The base price of the units begins at Rs 2.59 Cr for the 3 BHK apartment, the price for its 4 BHK is 3.62 Cr, and 5 BHK is 5.2 Cr.
Interested clients can visit the office to select their dream flat and reserve it with the builder. They need to fill out an application and submit KYC documents. A 10% booking payment must be made via cheque or direct deposit (DD), along with the required documents.
To pay for a home in the project, buyers need to provide postdated checks (PDCs). The builder offers payment schedules with set timelines. PDCs are kept as collateral for home loans and returned after ownership is transferred.
The project will be ready for possession and occupation in Dec 2030. It will be launched in the year 2026.
The current status of the Prestige Evergreen as of June 2025 , is in a prelaunch stage and expected to launch in October of the 2025, once after receiving the RERA approval from Karnataka Govt.
