The project is spread over 21 acres of land within the 107-acre Prestige Raintree Park Township.
The project presents well-crafted ~2000 apartments in 1, 2, 3 & 4 BHK sizes. These units range in size from 650 – 2500 sq. ft.

Interested clients can visit the office to select their dream flat and reserve it with the builder. They need to fill out an application and submit KYC documents. A 10% booking payment must be made via cheque or direct deposit (DD), along with the required documents.
Yes. Buyers need to follow a scheduled payment plan linked to construction milestones. The builder may request postdated cheques (PDCs) for home loans, which are returned after ownership transfer.

As of September 2025, Prestige Evergreen is in the pre-launch stage and is expected to launch in October 2025, once RERA approval is received.
To reserve a preferred unit in Prestige Evergreen through Expression of Interest (EOI), buyers need to fill the enquiry form with contact details. The sales team will then reach out to complete the process.
The EOI amount is ₹2 Lakhs, payable to Prestige’s RERA account. A bank cheque is also required. Once allotment is done after launch, the amount will be adjusted against the booking or refunded if the buyer does not secure the preferred unit.
