It has three towers, each rising to 27 floors, with a total of 586 apartments. The township was launched in March 2018, and possession started in February 2023. Buyers can choose between 2 and 3 BHK homes, sized between 1,115 sq. ft. and 1,771 sq. ft.
The launch prices ranged between ₹81 lakhs and ₹1.21 crores. Today, resale values have gone up, with prices touching nearly ₹19,000 per sq. ft. Rentals are strong too, starting at ₹25,000 per month for a 2 BHK. Prestige Falcon City is one of Prestige Group’s largest projects in Bangalore. Located on Kanakapura Road, it spans 41 acres and has more than 80% open space. From Budigere Cross, the distance is around 45–50 km, which takes about 1.5 to 2 hours by road.
The property was launched in December 2014, and by March 2020, families had already moved in. Falcon City has 2,520 apartments across 7 towers, each with 31 floors. Configurations include 2, 2.5, 3, and 4 BHK homes, ranging from 1,204 sq. ft. to 2,726 sq. ft.
