Buyers here get to choose from 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments sized between 664 sq. ft. and 1,820 sq. ft. During launch, prices started at around ₹44.5 lakhs. Today, resale values of 1 BHK units are near ₹48 lakhs, and 2 BHKs are closer to ₹78 lakhs. Rentals are also steady, with demand mostly from IT professionals. Prestige Finsbury Park is a large township located near Aerospace Park in North Bangalore, about 16.5 km from Budigere Cross. By car, it usually takes around 25 minutes to reach. When it was launched, prices started at ₹2.72 crores. Today, resale prices remain high because villa communities are rare and in demand. Rentals begin from around ₹45,000 a month. Prestige Park Square sits on Bannerghatta Road, one of Bangalore’s busiest stretches. From Budigere Cross, the distance is about 35–40 km, which usually takes around two hours by road. The project itself is built on 8.12 acres, with over 65% of the space kept green.
It has three towers, each rising to 27 floors, with a total of 586 apartments. The township was launched in March 2018, and possession started in February 2023. Buyers can choose between 2 and 3 BHK homes, sized between 1,115 sq. ft. and 1,771 sq. ft.
The launch prices ranged between ₹81 lakhs and ₹1.21 crores. Today, resale values have gone up, with prices touching nearly ₹19,000 per sq. ft. Rentals are strong too, starting at ₹25,000 per month for a 2 BHK. People who live here often mention the project’s quality construction, easy access to hospitals and schools, and the complete list of amenities.
Prestige Falcon City is one of Prestige Group’s largest projects in Bangalore. Located on Kanakapura Road, it spans 41 acres and has more than 80% open space. From Budigere Cross, the distance is around 45–50 km, which takes about 1.5 to 2 hours by road.
The property was launched in December 2014, and by March 2020, families had already moved in. Falcon City has 2,520 apartments across 7 towers, each with 31 floors. Configurations include 2, 2.5, 3, and 4 BHK homes, ranging from 1,204 sq. ft. to 2,726 sq. ft.
At present, resale prices start from around ₹1.27 crores, while rentals for 2 BHK homes begin at about ₹20,000 a month. Residents like the fact that the project has direct metro access, a mall inside the complex, and a wide list of modern facilities.
Prestige Raintree Park is one of Prestige Group’s newest and biggest pre-launch projects. It is located in Varthur, Whitefield, about 20 km from Budigere Cross, which is a 30-minute drive. The project covers a massive 107 acres, out of which 82 acres are purely residential.
