Prestige Evergreen is a grand residential township, and it is the 2nd Phase of Prestige Raintree Park. The project features 2000-plus lavish apartments of 1,2, and 3BHK sizes. The project status of Prestige Evergreen from launch to completion date 2025–2029 will be as follows:
Once the project is officially launched on 30 October 2025, by the next four to five months, the group will start excavation and three-level basement works across all towers of Prestige Evergreen.
By the end of December 2025, the three-step basement and two-floor podium parking will be fully cast and ground-floor slab work completed. From January–March 2026, the superstructure will rise through floors 5–10 in each tower, and by December 2026, the team will have achieved half the vertical build—approximately 15–16 floors per tower.
Once the structural shells of all towers, the clubhouse framework, and external amenities are finished in 2027, the company will proceed with interiors, electrical, painting, railing, and plumbing works throughout 2028.
This interior phase will take almost one year, leading up to Phase 1 possession in December 2029 once all construction and legal formalities are complete.
