From January–March 2026, the superstructure will rise through floors 5–10 in each tower, and by December 2026, the team will have achieved half the vertical build—approximately 15–16 floors per tower.
Once the structural shells of all towers, the clubhouse framework, and external amenities are finished in 2027, the company will proceed with interiors, electrical, painting, railing, and plumbing works throughout 2028.
This interior phase will take almost one year, leading up to Phase 1 possession in December 2029 once all construction and legal formalities are complete.
