Prestige Evergreen Construction Status
Prestige Evergreen's Construction Status is in the pre-launch stage and will begin in October 2025 onwards. Very soon, construction of the model apartments and office space will be finished. The project is Phase 2 of Prestige Raintree Park, which was launched on 29 August 2024. The venture is awaiting RERA and other statutory approvals. Its construction will be completed in 4 years, and by December 2029, the project will be ready for possession. The blueprints of the venture are under discussion, and the sizes of the units and towers are already finalised. The main gate and boundary works of the township are in progress, along with initial road alignments.
Prestige Evergreen is an upscale township located in Whitefield, East Bangalore. It is spread over 21 acres, and after receiving approvals, its construction will begin. Post approvals, construction of the towers, model apartments, and internal roads will commence. The project is launched by the premium builder Prestige Group and offers ~2000 units. These units are presented in 1, 2, 3 & 4 BHK configurations, ranging in sizes from 650 sq. ft. to 2500 sq. ft.
Prestige Evergreen is a phase within the 107-acre Prestige Raintree Park township. The first phase, named Raintree Park, is already under active construction, with almost all units sold out. As of August 2025, basement works are ongoing, and superstructure work has progressed up to the 2nd floor in Phase 1.
Once major approvals are received, tower foundations, model apartments, and internal road networks will commence on site for Evergreen and will be ready before the launch. Each stage of Prestige Evergreen’s construction will be tracked, with strict quality checks carried out at every step.

These approvals are essential in the Bangalore real estate.
The builder will take all the necessary steps to give buyers a safe and well-planned society. The project's completion status will be updated for the buyers on a regular basis.
