Prestige Evergreen's Construction Status is in the launched stage, and construction has commenced from January 2026 onwards. Very soon, construction of the model apartments and site office space will be taken up as per the approved plans. The project is Phase 2 of Prestige Raintree Park, which was launched on 29 August 2024. The venture received RERA approval on 01 January 2026 and all major statutory approvals are in place.
Its construction will be completed in 4.5 years, and by 30 June 2030, the project will be ready for possession. The blueprints of the venture are approved, and the sizes of the units and towers are already finalised. The main gate and boundary works of the township are completed, and initial internal road alignment and site mobilisation activities are underway.
Prestige Evergreen is an upscale township located in Whitefield, East Bangalore. It is spread over 24 acres, and after receiving approvals, its construction has officially started. Post approvals, construction of the towers, model apartments, and internal roads has begun as per the RERA construction schedule.

Once major approvals were received on 01 January 2026, tower foundations, sub-structure works, and internal infrastructure activities commenced on site for Evergreen. Each stage of Prestige Evergreen’s construction is being tracked under RERA norms, with strict quality checks carried out at every step.
The construction status of a township shows its present development or progress stage. This gives buyers an idea of when the project has begun its development and when it will be ready for possession.
Prestige Evergreen's status of construction will be updated regularly, and post-completion, the builder will obtain all the necessary documents. At the final stages of construction, Prestige Evergreen will collect all documents that confirm the legal clearance and safe handover. These documents will include the Occupation Certificate (OC) and Completion Certificate (CC), followed by a Possession Letter from the builder to each buyer. These approvals are essential in the Bangalore real estate. The builder will take all the necessary steps to give buyers a safe and well-planned society. The project's completion status will be updated for the buyers on a regular basis.
During the launch phase, Prestige Evergreen @ Raintree Park is offered at prices starting from ₹1.1 Cr onwards. Early booking has given buyers preferred unit selection, like main Varthur Lake-facing, amenity- facing, and preferred tower options.
