It spans 16 acres of land. It is a large-scale development with three identical towers. Each tower is designed with a structure of 2 Basements + Ground + 15 floors. The towers are designed to have a height of around 68.45 meters. The leasable area, with typical floor plates of 60,000–65,000 sq ft. The project is 70% open green spaces, landscaped gardens, and shaded walkways. There are multi‑level parking decks on Levels 1 & 2, there are 1 car parking capacity which is 800 sq ft. The project is currently under construction. It is a major upcoming commercial development in Bangalore.
