Prestige Group plans to target Rs. 50,000 crores in sales by the year FY29-30. The target is tripling last year’s Rs. 17,000 crores.
Prestige Group is now eyeing to explore new real estate markets of India, and already they have their presence across 13 major cities. They are now exploring new markets like Gurugram, Pune, and Noida, where they have not launched any residential projects yet. But they plan to see significant growth potential in new areas.
The company mainly focuses on a Rs. 2 to 3 crores target. They are mainly trying to capture the housing demand of the real estate sector. Also, they target to launch premium projects in prime locations.
For FY26, Prestige Group has lined up many new launches that are worth Rs. 43,500 crores. They will launch 25 new projects in major cities like NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Goa. One of the best new launched of 2025 is Prestige Evergreen in Whitefield, Bangalore. IT is an apartment project with 2000 ultra luxury apartments over 10 towers.
Some other recent launches, The Prestige City Indirapuram, which was a maiden launch in the NCR area, and Prestige Pallavaram Gardens in Chennai, kicked off this year’s profit. The recent project launch in Q1 of FY26 is worth more than Rs. 13,500 crores.

In the Q1 FY26 investor presentation, Prestige Group stated a pipeline of 44 ongoing projects that span over 95 million sq ft. There are 35 upcoming projects that will cover an area of 46 million sq ft. The projects are spread across NCR, Chennai, Kochi, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Calicut, Goa, Ooty, and Bengaluru.
Prestige Group closed FY25 with sales of Rs . 1.7 lakh crores. It was high when compared with Rs . 2.10 lakh crore in FY24. It shows a 16% compound annual growth rate over the last 5 years. The collections stood at Rs. 1.20 lakh crores for the year, and 5,919 homes were sold. For FY25, Mumbai stood at the top with huge sales at 39%, followed by NCR and Bengaluru.
Prestige Group continues to extend across commercial, retail, and residential. In Q1 of FY26, the residential area remained the largest contributor of revenue with Rs. 1,573 crores. It is followed by the office sector at Rs. 160 crores, services at Rs. 137 crores, and retail at Rs. 73 crores. They also filed their draft red herring brochure for Prestige Hospitality Ventures with SEBI in April of 2025. It marks a formal entry into the hospitality sector as a separate vertical.
In the commercial real estate sector, Prestige Group has 13 ongoing projects that span over 24 million sq ft. It includes key projects such as Prestige Tech Hub, Prestige Tech Forest, and The Prestige in Mumbai. The upcoming pipeline will include 11 projects across 14 million square feet, and it will include Prestige Forest Hills Mulund Phase 2 and Prestige Landmark in Bengaluru in Mumbai.
In retail, Prestige Group is developing 13 huge malls over 12.4 million sq ft. It includes projects such as Forum at The Prestige City in Hyderabad, Forum at TPC Indirapuram in NCR, and Forum One OMR in Chennai.
