The project is just 2–3 km from major IT parks in Phase I of Electronic City, which translates to a short commute of 5–10 minutes by road. The second Phase of Sunrise Park consists of Maple and Ebony towers. Like Phase I, these are also inside Electronic City Phase I and offer a mix of 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments. Prestige Notting Hill is one of the closest luxury apartment projects, located in Kalena Agrahara, about 12–14 km away. Travel to Electronic City via NICE Road typically takes 20–25 minutes, making it a practical choice for those working in E-City but wanting a quieter address.

This project was launched in 2007 and completed in 2009, offering 288 apartments in 2 and 3 BHK formats. Launch prices began near ₹45–60 lakh, while today resale prices stand much higher — 2 BHKs around ₹1.65 crore and 3 BHKs above ₹3 crore. Rentals are equally strong, with 3 BHKs fetching ₹50,000–₹65,000 monthly. Buyers value Notting Hill for its Tudor-style architecture, greenery, and strong resale appreciation over the years.

Prestige Song of the South is a massive township on Begur Road, just 6–7 km from Electronic City. Depending on traffic, the travel time to major offices is 20–30 minutes. The project covers 33 acres and includes 1,733 units comprising 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK formats.

Launched in 2015 with prices starting from ₹40–75 lakh, the project was completed by 2020. Current resale prices range from ₹70 lakh to ₹1.2 crore for smaller units and ₹1.5–3 crore for larger ones. Rentals are also strong, with 2 BHKs typically earning ₹30,000–₹45,000 per month and 3 BHKs ₹40,000–₹60,000. Buyers praise the vast amenities, greenery, and strong community culture, while employees working in E-City choose it for its proximity.

Prestige St. John’s Wood is in Koramangala, about 12–14 km from Electronic City. Thanks to Hosur Road and NICE Road, the commute to E-City takes only 25–30 minutes, which makes it a feasible choice for many IT professionals.
