Prestige Evergreen is a major part of the 125-acre Prestige Raintree Park township in Varthur. The project is spread over 100,100 sq. mtr, with 70,297 sq. mtr open area and 29,803 sq. mtr built area. It offers 2000 homes, along with 3154 covered parking spaces and 103 open parking spaces. The total built-up area is 4,59,909 sq. mtr, and the carpet area is 1,91,288 sq. mtr. The total project cost is about ₹2,541.63 crore, including ₹446.84 crore land cost and ₹2,094.78 crore development cost. Water supply is planned through Borewell and BWSSB.
