Prestige Evergreen is a major part of the 125-acre Prestige Raintree Park township in Varthur. The project is approved by RERA (PR/010126/008374) and also got BBMP approval on 24 December 2025(Plan No: GBA/BECC/Addl.CTP/0007/25-26). The project is spread over 100,100 sq. mtr, with 70,297 sq. mtr open area and 29,803 sq. mtr built area. It offers 2000 homes, along with 3154 covered parking spaces and 103 open parking spaces. The total built-up area is 4,59,909 sq. mtr, and the carpet area is 1,91,288 sq. mtr. The total project cost is about ₹2,541.63 crore, including ₹446.84 crore land cost and ₹2,094.78 crore development cost. Water supply is planned through Borewell and BWSSB.

Plan Details

Prestige Evergreen is approved by BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike). The plan approval number is GBA/BECC/Addl.CTP/0007/25-26, and it was approved on 24-12-2025.

The project has a total of 2000 homes, including flats and villas. For parking, there are 3154 covered parking spaces and 103 open parking spaces, which are helpful for residents and visitors.

For water supply, the project uses both Borewell and BWSSB water connections, ensuring regular and reliable water availability for daily use. Area Details

The Prestige Evergreen township total land area is 100,100 sq. meters (about 24.7 acres). The project is designed to give a good balance between buildings and green areas.

Land and Open Space

One of the best parts of this project is the large amount of open space.

  • Total Open Area: 70,297 sq. meters – More than 70% of the land is used for gardens, parks, and walking paths.
  • Total Covered Area: 29,803 sq. meters is used for buildings and structures.

Construction and Floor Space

The project uses height (multiple floors) to create more living space.

  • Total Built-up Area: 459,909 sq. meters (total area of all floors combined)
  • Total Carpet Area: 191,288 sq. meters (actual usable space inside the homes)
  • Total Plinth Area: 29,803 sq. meters (ground area covered by the buildings)

Parking Space Details

The project has a large parking area to support all homes.

  • Total Parking Area: 142,856 sq. meters
  • Covered Parking: 141,440 sq. meters – Indoor parking for safety and protection.
  • Open Parking: 1,416 sq. meters – Outdoor parking for visitors and quick use.

Overall, the project is designed to give more open space, comfortable homes, and enough parking for everyone.

Cost Details

The financial plan of Prestige Evergreen shows that it is a large and premium township project. As per the official CA-certified Form 1, the total project cost is more than ₹2,541 Crores.

Here is a simple breakdown of the total cost:

1. Cost of Land (C1)

The project is located in the Varthur–Whitefield area, which is a prime location. The total land cost is ₹446.84 Crores (approx.), and the amount is used to purchase the 100,100 sq. meter land for the project.

2. Cost of Development & Construction (C2)

Most of the project budget is used for construction and development. The total development cost is ₹2,094.78 Crores (approx.). This cost covers 14 high-rise towers, a large clubhouse of about 89,000 sq. ft., and themed amenities inspired by New York Times Square. It also includes parking areas, internal roads, and water systems required for the project.

3. Total Project Cost

The total investment is ₹2,541.63 Crores, which is the combined cost of land and construction for the entire project.
