RERA Update: Prestige Evergreen Project Schedule
The Prestige Evergreen project schedule is planned in a timeline from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2030. The development starts with site preparation and earthwork, followed by foundation and sub-structure work until June 2027.
The main construction phase, including RCC structure and masonry work, runs from August 2026 to March 2028. At the same time, finishing work such as plastering, electrical work, and painting takes place from late 2027 to 2029.
The final phase covers elevation, landscaping, and overall site development. This phase includes a 7,666.94 sq. mt. clubhouse and 10,010 sq. mt. park space. The entire project is scheduled for possession in June 2030.
Sub-Structure Work
The sub-structure work in the Prestige Evergreen project is the first stage of construction. It runs from 1 January 2026 to 10 June 2027. This stage builds the base and strength of the building.
The work starts with earthwork and digging the ground across the site. After that, the foundation and plinth work are completed. Then, the team adds sub-structure flooring and builds strong retaining walls to support the structure.

Super-Structure Work
The Super-Structure Work in Prestige Evergreen is the stage where the building rises above the ground. This phase runs from August 20, 2026, to October 30, 2029.
This stage covers the full building structure, starting from the RCC framework and moving up to the completed outer shell of the homes. It also includes the installation of railings and grills.

This stage turns the building into a ready-to-use home. It includes interior fittings, electrical and plumbing work, safety systems, and final exterior design.
