Prestige Group leads India's 28 listed real estate firms who sold properties worth Rs 53000 Crores in Apr to Jun
India's top 28 real estate companies have sold properties worth Rs 53,000 Crores together in the April-June quarter. Out of this Prestige Estates leads the top by achieving the maximum sales bookings.
Data was compiled from regulatory filings, and it showed that the total combined sales bookings of 28 real estate companies stood at Rs 52,842 crores in the first quarter of this financial year.
When taking an account sales bookings, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd in Bangalore emerged as the leading one in the April-June quarter of FY26. Upcoming projects like Prestige Evergreen, which is a luxury apartment project, had a pre-sale of Rs 12,126.4 Crores.

- Omaxe Ltd – Rs.2,001 Crores
- Oberoi Realty – Rs.1,639 Crores
- Kalpataru Ltd – Rs.1,249 Crores
- Puravankara – Rs.1,124 Crores
The top five players are Prestige Group, DLF, Godrej, Lodha, and Signature Global, who contributed to 71% of total sales bookings of housing units.
In FY25, 26 major builders sold Rs. 1.62 lakh crore worth of properties. Godrej Properties led the sales with Rs.30,000 crores for the full year. If this momentum continues, FY26 will exceed last year’s record sales.
Even though the prices are high, strong demand for houses is still there for trusted developers, especially in big cities like Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. Buyers are choosing branded top developers now to avoid all project delays and promise timely delivery.
